Form of work Foundations for Life Early Learning (FFLEL) is a non-profit organisation that provides high-quality early childhood education and care for children aged from birth to 5 years. Our center has a capacity for up to 45 children per day and is currently meeting the National Quality Standards. Our vision is to cultivate a caring environment that helps each child develop essential life skills in collaboration with families. We value cultural diversity and individuality in both educators and families.
We are currently seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to become a Room Leader and join our Foundations for Life Early Learning team. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
- Leadership Skills
- Passion for teaching and creating positive learning experiences.
- Experience in maintaining health and safety standards and risk minimisation.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Current working with children checks.
- Organised with a strong ability to multitask.
- Confidence when interacting with families, educators, and the local community.
The applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Available 5 days per week.
- Hold an Early Childhood Qualification or be working towards it.
- Hold a Current Working with Children Check.
- Be passionate about the early years of learning and development.

The salary for this position is between $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. We also offer employee mentoring programs, professional development assistance, and visa sponsorship as part of the benefits package.
