Job Description
About the Role
This full-time opportunity exists for a Direct Sales Account Manager with strong attention to detail and drive to join our Direct Sales team based in Marleston, Adelaide. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and providing them with an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to the Direct Sales & Schools Manager, the responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Achieving monthly sales targets through the sourcing of leads and product sales within a specific geographic area to promote brand awareness.
Engaging with clients to form strong relationships to generate future business
Maintain accurate client information including phone call cycles, email updates and mailing lists
Liaise with educators and product managers to provide relevant product information and educational knowledge to customers
We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:
Hairdressing qualification
Proven negotiation and selling skills
Strong experience providing customer service face to face and online
Well developed organisational skills with an attention detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment, and is a fast learner with a calm and positive influence
