Sales Team LeaderThe role:As a Sales Team Leader, you will maximise the performance of your team of up to 7 Travel Consultants, driving them to hit individual and team sales targets following our “ITG Sales as Service” approach.We are looking for Team Leaders who are passionate about sales and the delivery of exemplary customer service, able to demonstrate experience of leadership skills within the travel industry. First-hand knowledge of our destinations is beneficial but not essential.Key responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt and high-quality responses to inquiries by efficiently distributing leads, monitoring workloads, and performance.
- Maintain adequate team capacity by tracking absences and coordinating with sales management.
- Establish and enforce sales policies and procedures across the team.
- Conduct comprehensive skill and knowledge training to promote best practices among the team.
- Offer frontline support and assist in resolving customer complaints or minor escalations.
- Collaborate regularly with Sales Management for continuous function improvement. Develop enticing sales incentives and communicate achievements to motivate the team.
- Provide monthly reports on team sales performance and progress to Branch Sales Manager.
