DutiesLead the Corporate services team in the delivery of administrative and corporate support to the Commission and our stakeholders.
Manage the delivery of human resources and personnel support including: the recruitment lifecycle; staff performance management and generic training; implementation of wellbeing and diversity frameworks; government policy; and work health and safety and workers compensation.
Manage financial management and administration functions including: the provision of a timely and accurate budget; preparation of financial reports; and financial forecasts and strategic advice to the CEO, Board and senior leadership team.
Ensure appropriate governance measures, policies and procedures, delegations and risk management frameworks are well established, monitored and actively implemented across the organisation, including: IT services; information management; complaints administration; cyber-security; procurement; and contract and facilities management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant external statutory reporting requirements, including: overseeing audits (internal and external); monitoring of the service level agreement; and acting as advisor to the Commission’s Risk and Audit Committee.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including CEO, senior staff, Board and relevant external bodies.
