Your Team
This role sits on the leadership team for digital reporting to the Executive Director of Digital. The Director of Digital Delivery and Operations plays a pivotal role in leading the successful delivery of digital projects and optimizing operational efficiency within an Agile organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the development of digital transformation initiatives that drive innovation, improve customer experience, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, Scrum Masters, developers, designers, and quality assurance specialists, to deliver high-quality digital products and solutions on time and within budget.
- Drive operational excellence across the organization by implementing efficient processes, workflows, and tools that streamline Digital Delivery and optimize resource utilization.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, extended leadership team, business partners, and customers.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with Digital Delivery and Operations and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience in digital project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of digital technologies, including web development, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience with risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
