$239,483 to $263,586 total remuneration payable
Your role
The Director Financial Planning and Analysis leads the management reporting and resource allocation function for the Department, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
What you'll do
You will lead high performing teams in providing expert advice on budget allocation, financial forecasting, management reporting and Analysis to stakeholders across the Department and broader portfolio.
You will also:

• Coordinate monthly Departmental and broader portfolio reporting for NSW Treasury and other central agencies.
• Evaluate strategic, operational, and financial implications of proposals that require funding and or budget allocation/consideration for submission to NSW Treasury
• Provide high level advice to the CFO on the management of the Department and broader portfolio budgets, forecasts, and critical financial and budgetary issues to manage corporate risks.
• Develop strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure commitment to strategies and programs and to provide financial management support and information.
• Oversee the establishment, review and implementation of systems to ensure continuous development of robust reporting management systems that comply with all relevant reporting Department and broader portfolio requirements.
