The Health Information Management Services, Clinical Informatics are looking for a Permanent Full-time position to join their team. The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services and a 24-hour emergency department. Our endoscopy unit is Australia’s most advanced diagnostic facility and has the capacity to see more than 5000 patients a year. Metro South Video Link

About the Role

• Work collaboratively across MSH HIM Services to ensure HIMS remain at the forefront of digital practices including scanning management, data maintenance, data security, privacy and confidentiality, information release and emerging electronic medical records changes and implementations.
• Provide expert advice to the Senior Director HIMS MSH, Chief Information Officer, Metro South Health, QEII Hospital Executive Director, Senior HIMS Management Team and clinical work units on matters relating to health information management at QEII Hospital and Metro South.
• Maintain networks and partnerships, both internal and external, to be appropriately responsive to the changing environment in which health information management services are delivered.
