Director Infrastructure. This role heads our infrastructure directorate and drives innovation in our service delivery. This is a pivotal role where you'll balance day-to-day operations with forward-thinking initiatives that enhance our offerings. Collaborating closely with the CEO and elected council, you will ensure that crucial issues are addressed and strategic goals are met. You will be a key member of our Executive Team where you'll contribute to organisation-wide decision-making and policy development. This is an ideal opportunity for a person with extensive management experience in civil engineering, project management, executive leadership and delivering large scale infrastructure projects for the community. You are an advocate for culture and can take others on the journey with you, motivating, inspiring and fostering a team environment. Your deep understanding of strategic leadership, financial management, and continuous improvement will prove invaluable in driving success.
