Director Of Planning

The Role:Work alongside a small team in Brisbane (with help from Melbourne) and be responsible for developing the brand and growing the team of planners across QLD. 

Requirements:

• A proven local work winner in the private consultancy space. 
• Must be able to bring in a million dollars (annual) once up and running (set KPIs around directorship). 
• Strong local knowledge (who's who) within the Brisbane (QLD) market. 
• A known personal brand within the planning sector. 
• You must have strong leadership and management capabilities
• Fast-paced personality.
• Must be able to take direction from the CEO (and other directors) and implement strategy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to travel down to Melbourne once a month. 
• A good/driven attitude.
• A team player (collaborative).
