Our people have integrity, strive for excellence, and build trust.To find out more about the Economic Regulation Authority please visit our websiteAbout the roleAs Director Legal Services, you will provide legal advice on moderately complex matters, provide legal support to key projects across the agency and undertake research and policy work on matters of strategic significance.You will also coordinate all complex legal advice to the ERA from external sources such as the State Solicitors Officer and private law firms. You will assist project teams to interpret legal advice and oversee and advise on litigation involving the ERA.The ERA is open to considering applications from all lawyers with some demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: * commercial law;
- statutory interpretation;
- public / administrative law;
- litigation; and
- energy law.
