The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director Donor Engagement & Experience, this pivotal leadership role will engage, lead, and grow a Nationally represented 1800-person donor collection service across 100 sites to deliver high impact customer outcomes aligned to organisation purpose, the collection plan, and the needs of the Australian community.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Developing strong relationships with the Executive Team, Board and Governance Committees to align service delivery and customer experience to organisation innovation, growth, quality, and sustainability strategic objectives.
- Building an engaged performance culture that enables donor collection teams to thrive and deliver on the “collection plan” and exceed community demand.
- Leveraging “New Ways of Working” that promote accountability, future-fit capability, continuous improvement, and customer experience outcomes.
- Creating and upholding a service environment that cultivates memorable experiences for both donors and the donor collection teams to meet collection plans, grow donor advocacy and retention.
- Overseeing the operational efficiency of donor centers across Australia and fostering a thriving culture that supports operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Effectively managing and aligning commercial activities including budgets, capacity planning, operational efficiency, and workforce planning to organizational objectives.
- Leading and engaging people through periods of change, effectively managing workforce and budget planning across various change and transformation initiatives.
- Promoting a culture that ensures services are delivered in a high quality, safe and compliant way to meet legal, regulatory and brand standards.
