About the Role - POSITION SUMMARY
- Developing and maintaining food and beverage goals and operating strategies to align with the brand and the hotel business strategy, lead the execution, and ensure it is communicated to direct reports
- Staying aware of market trends and introduces new B&F products to meet or exceed customer expectations, generate increased revenue, and ensure a competitive position in the market
- Monitoring the B&F department's actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded, and opportunities are identified and addressed
- Utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocate sound financial/business decision-making; demonstrate honesty/Integrity; leading by example
- Ensuring compliance with HIGA and Common Laws employment contracts
- Ensuring compliance with the law concerning food hygiene and food safety and compliance
