Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience preferred or become an expert in various recruitment platforms, including but not limited to:
- Vincere
- CloudCall
- Astute
- Corporate Traveller
- Ratescalc
- Idibu
- Referoo
- Sourcr
- And more
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to onboard new employees on these platforms.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources to facilitate ongoing knowledge sharing.
- Document and record training in our digital library for training and development.
- Stay up-to-date of platform updates and enhancements to provide timely and accurate training.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to design custom training programs tailored to departmental needs.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to staff, addressing inquiries and issues related to the systems.
- Lead training sessions for system upgrades or new platform implementations.
- Monitor training effectiveness and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify training opportunities and enhance performance through technology.
- Advocate for best practices in system usage, data management, and reporting to maximise platform potential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or a strong understanding of the industry.
- Proven expertise in utilising and training on various recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple training sessions and projects effectively.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and their functionalities.
- Problem-solving acumen to address user inquiries and challenges promptly.
- Flexibility and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Basic document management and systems knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
