Director Of Marketing - 12 Month Contract

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and creative marketer to join Crystalbrook Collection, overseeing strategy for two hotel brands.

The culturally connected Crystalbrook Kingsley is Newcastle's first five-star hotel and is home to three vibrant bars and restaurants. Delightfully intimate and devastatingly alluring, Crystalbrook Albion is a boutique hotel steeped in rich history with a former life as a nuns convent. Both hotels are sustainably-led, with unique personalities and offer endless opportunities to grow the brands and mark your own mark.
Reporting to our Group Director of Marketing and the Hotel General Managers, this role will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and managing the day-to-day execution of Marketing campaigns and communications for both hotels.
You will work together with key team members in the hotel's operating departments to achieve hotel targets and goals as well as working alongside our driven and passionate marketing team to grow the Crystalbrook brand. This is a full-stack marketing role encompassing brand, communications, public relations, digital and social media, advertising, sponsorship and CRM management.

The position is ideally based in Newcastle with some travel to Sydney, however Sydney based applicants willing to do some travel to Newcastle should also apply.
