Director of Nursing

We are seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our team at Springhaven Lodge in Kojonup, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to our Executive Director Regional Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring the 22-bed home is fully occupied, meeting accreditation standards and cultivating a stable and positive workplace culture for staff. Your advanced clinical and leadership experience will be vital to ensuring we provide safe, effective, and high-quality care to our aged-care residents.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when managing an aged care facility and leading inter-disciplinary teams, implementing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement programs well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
Now... to ensure our residents and staff at Mertome Aged Care and Retirement Village get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:

• a tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
• previous experience working as a Director of Nursing/Facility Manager in the aged care sector
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• evidence of influenza vaccination
• full working rights in Australia
