The successful candidate will participate as a member of the Hospital Executive in the development of the strategic direction of the Health Service and its day-to-day management.This operational position will support, guide, and lead the provision of safe quality services in all aspects of Nursing. As the Nursing lead the successful candidate will provide support, guidance, and facilitation of quality service provision impacting the smaller sites inclusive of optimising bed usage though efficient and effective patient flow.Area Profile: The Eastern Lower Great Southern region includes Ravensthorpe, Bremer Bay, and Jerramungup and is home to some of the most unique National Parks and Reserves in Australia.
