This well-known international QSR operator is about to undergo major expansion along the Eastern Seaboard, and as such presents an outstanding opportunity for a successful QSR high achiever. By joining in the early stages you will be involved in developing and implementing strategy, opening new restaurants, selecting key team members and restaurant teams, creating and building the culture, setting in-house operating procedures, and instilling high levels of productivity and customer experience.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Execution of the Operational business strategy
- The day-to-day operations of the business across all sites, including but not limited to people, training, safety, equipment & financial performance.
- Execute store-by-store roll-out plans to ensure on-time store openings with the right team and full compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop an initial total team of 700 with 4 direct reports to ensure full potential is achieved.
- Develop growth and improvement plans based on P&L results for sites with key focus areas for stores to focus on

- A strong understanding of KPIs, P&Ls, budgeting, and other commercial metrics - including safety.
