What you will be doing: Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the development and communication of a compelling product vision that aligns with the overall business strategy. Collaborate with executives to communicate product strategies and gain support. Define and execute a product roadmap that drives business growth and meets customer needs. Best Practises Champion: Define and implement frameworks known to produce the highest quality outcomes for Product Teams. Have considerable experience knowing which methodologies work in certain types of business scenarios. Know what good looks like from a world-class product team in execution mode. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Product processes and ensure a high standard of documentation and discipline exists across the team. Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product. Use analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Lead the creation of dashboards and reporting standards to communicate product performance across the business. Analysis & Critical Thinking: Bring strong quantitative skillsets to bear and a confidence with numbers that enables rigorous analysis of projects.
