Join the team that is driving the Product Management for our Payments Product covering Emerging Payment, e-Commerce and Payment Rail!
As a Product Director in APAC Payment Innovation team, you will be responsible for Product Management and Delivery for our Global Products covering Emerging Payment Rail products and innovative solutions for our clients in Asia Pacific. You will have exposure to various payment and receive capabilities, together with other value-added solutions that will support clients in their overall cash management needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Product Delivery: manage and own product delivery working across and be central point of contact for wider team across Product, Operation, Technology and other internal partner.
- Own Product Commercialization: manage and own product marketing and commercialization covering industry knowledge, market/regulation knowledge and ability to engage internal and external stakeholder/client.
- Handle Business and Market Requirement: Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global level from end to end product perspective.
- Minimum 10 years of experience on Payments/ Transaction Banking Space.
- Ability to manage internal and external client engagement.
- Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and deliver tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions. Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or other related disciplines.
- Inclusive and Collaborative attitude that are able to navigate stakeholder.
- Experience on Agile product development.
- Ability to navigate global stakeholder and may require to travel.
