The role:
As the Associate Director, Go To Market (GTM) Commercialisation, in Product Management, you will be a significant contributor commercialising new payment and liquidity solutions to customers. You will be responsible for delivering and enhancing a ‘go to market’ proposition and framework across the Enterprise, including:
Multi-year and multi-product vision of roadmap and connecting Product and client facing teams on delivery
Developing segment/growth sector CVPs for new product capabilities
Maintaining the goals, plan success measures and adoption metrics of commercialisation and communicating across the Enterprise
Managing GTM pipeline prioritisation
Industry thought leadership
The day to day responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the success of commercial delivery of GTM
Work collaboratively across Transactional Banking & Enterprise Payments (TBEP) business unit and Enterprise to enable delivery of new product to clients
Manage day-to-day external commercialisation plan and delivery and oversee key strategic GTM business initiatives
Work with Marketing teams to support marketing activities for new solutions
Own new solution pricing framework
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders and senior leaders across NAB divisions
What you will bring:
Demonstrated in-depth experience working in a similar Senior Product Management, Go To Market role with an extensive background in Transactional Banking & Enterprise Payments.
A strong technical background and an in-depth understanding of Financial Products in particular Transactions Banking and Payments; and Domains (operations, processes, end users, customers, regulations).
Demonstrated experience in leading and building buy-in and advocacy in direct and virtual teams
Proven ability to communicate with influence and build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Strong technical knowledge in Corporate and Institutional Banking
Proven business experience and ability to effectively navigate the environment and achieve results
Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline preferred
