Director, Product Management, Cyber & Intelligence (C&I)Overview:Mastercard is a leader in developing and delivering cutting edge technologies and innovation in Security, enhancing commerce to be safe, seamless, and convenient.
Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) business offers a range of security capabilities including trusted identity, authentication, AI based decisioning, cybersecurity, crypto intelligence, and enhanced customer experience (reducing disputes/ chargebacks).
The Director of Product Management is an exciting role that plays an integral part in securing commerce and delivering peace of mind to consumers, confidence to businesses and collaborating with government.
•The successful candidate will be passionate about cutting edge security technologies and deploying innovative digital security solutions to protect Mastercard’s customers and partners.
•You will have a proven track record of growing the business and managing strategic initiatives.
•You will have experience applying new technologies to resolve customer pain points.
•You will work with Mastercard’s customers and internal stakeholders, to ensure flawless execution and successful deployment of cyber security and fraud solutions in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
Core Responsibilities of the Role:
•Leverage your market expertise and develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and market specific needs for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
•Develop subject matter expertise and articulate the value propositions for Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence solutions.
•Partner with key customer segment teams to jointly develop strategies and solutions, to support customer priorities.
•Work closely with regional and global teams, to launch new product propositions to the Australia/ NZ and the Pacific Islands markets to solve customer pain points.
•Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for products in your portfolio.
•Monitor product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle, and develop recommendations for new product features/ enhancements, to support customer needs.
•Deliver relevant communication/ presentations and product training to customers and internal sales & customer facing teams.
•Create a culture that fosters innovation, idea generation and continuous improvement for Mastercard’s security capabilities.
•Based on customer feedback, articulate market specific requirements and features/ enhancements to regional and global product, to continually evolve Mastercard’s Cyber & security products.
•Collaborate with Customer Delivery (and other support teams) to deploy and deliver outstanding after sales experience for C&I products.

•Product management and product development experience in the payments, risk management or consulting industries.
•Strategic thinker, intellectually curious and has a proven track record of launching new solutions, developing go to market strategies, growing revenue and market share.
•Values a great team culture built on mutual respect, trust, and authenticity; fosters collaboration within the team and with external and internal stakeholders.
•Exceptional communication and networking skills and confident in developing and nurturing external relationships (including customers, partners, regulators, and government agencies) and building strong internal partnerships.
•Ability to execute commercials deals/ projects with external stakeholders while partnering/engaging and garnering the support of internal stakeholders.
•Presentation skills – confidence to credibly present to external stakeholders and build trust and advocacy with internal teams.
•Proven project management skills – plan and deliver projects; track & communicate progress of allocated deliverables.
•Proven experience in managing a team of analysts/ product managers.
•Experience in leading and responding to RFPs, delivering market specific collateral, communications & marketing materials to customers and internal customers facing teams.
•Operates with a sense of urgency; responsive to requests (from internal and external stakeholders).
•Bachelor’s degree required. Post-graduate qualifications desirable.
