Permanent Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality management, environmental sustainability, and asset optimisation? We're seeking an innovative Director of Support Services to join our team and spearhead our efforts in delivering exceptional service and maintaining top-notch facilities. In this role you will hold a multifaceted leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimising food service operations, environmental services, and asset management strategies within the organization. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

• Bachelor's degree or formal qualifications in Food Services, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in leadership roles overseeing food services, environmental services, and/or asset management functions in a healthcare facility, hospitality industry, or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of food service management principles, environmental sustainability practices, and asset management strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to food safety, sanitation, environmental protection, and asset management.
