- Bachelor's degree or formal qualifications in Food Services, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in leadership roles overseeing food services, environmental services, and/or asset management functions in a healthcare facility, hospitality industry, or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of food service management principles, environmental sustainability practices, and asset management strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to food safety, sanitation, environmental protection, and asset management.
