About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director People and Culture you will be responsible to work with Executives, Management and the People and Culture team to initiate Organisational Development activities. The role will assist in reinforcing our values-based leadership culture and support the introduction of new initiatives and processes through a change management approach.
The role will be required to provide facilitated focus and engagement session and also deliver formal presentations and training as required.

You will enjoy working autonomously and across multiple teams to ensure strong collaboration and supported change management. You will have a knack for engaging others in our vision for the future, enabling an engaged transition in new practices. You will have a way to influence outcomes and thinking of participants and drive imbedded outcomes.

Requirements:
- Completion of a satisfactory National Police Check
