Department:
Shared Services SA delivers corporate and business services across government agencies. The shared services business consolidates and improves the delivery of internal administrative services by establishing simpler, faster, and more efficient processes and systems.
Job Summary:
The Director, Payroll Services will:
- Drive business excellence in the delivery of payroll and work injury shared services
- Maintain a customer-orientated culture which strives for high service standards and enables continuous improvement.
- Create a positive team environment, which embraces diversity and provides ongoing opportunities for staff development.
Remuneration:
SAES1 – salary to be negotiated
Special conditions:
- Full Time, Executive Contract for up to 3 years.
- Incumbents must hold current Australian work eligibility status and may be subject to a criminal history check.
- Some intrastate and interstate travel and out of hours work may be required.
- The incumbent will be expected to negotiate a performance agreement about outcomes in the executive contract
- Satisfactory General Employment Probity Check – prior to appointment
