• Provide strategic direction, innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Lead teams within the internal systems of care through driving the operational and performance excellence.
• Develop and foster robust strategic partnerships across the sector to ensure a dynamic and innovative response to community needs.

About YouFor this appointment, Newcastle Anglican is seeking an established executive leader within the Human Services sector with a demonstrated history of leading geographically dispersed teams driving exceptional service delivery and outcomes for clients. Candidates with the following experiences and skillsets are encouraged to apply:

• Tertiary qualification
• 5+ years of experience at a senior level across child, youth, Family and Community Services sector
• Demonstrated commercial and strategic acumen.
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the child, youth, family, and Community Services including funding and policy protocols, accreditation, and industrial legislation.
• Demonstrated experience using effective governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of financial resources and professional standards of planning and budgeting.
• A proven track record in successfully leading change, innovation and
• Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the
• National Police Check and current driver’s licence.
