What will your typical day look like?
We are looking for a top performing transformation delivery professional to join this dynamic and fast-growing team to help us meet the current market demand for project and Program Management support. As a member of our team, the types of work you will be involved in include:
- Help lead the execution of client engagements through structured problem solving, effective time management and providing junior staff with the support and guidance needed to deliver high quality outcomes
- Support strategy delivery and development of practise capability in transformation related areas including PMO, program / project delivery and assurance
- Build authentic and trusted relationships with our clients and the broader Deloitte firm that contribute to growth and performance
- Be involved and be able to lead end-to-end bid processes
- Support clients in leading and supporting transformational change, through the definition, establishment and execution of programs and their respective PMO's and managing multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful program outcomes
- Mentor and coach junior staff in the early stages of their career

By joining our Digital & Transformation Risk team, you will work with clients across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Energy & Natural Resources, Government & Public Sector, Consumer Business, Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications. You will team with capabilities from across Deloitte to help our clients confidently transform how services are designed and delivered through the application of program and project methods to accelerate digital transformation.
You will build relationships with a range of clients and work with them to achieve outcomes for their most complex transformation projects by designing and implementing tailored project and risk management approaches.
You will be part of a passionate and supportive team with diverse professional and personal backgrounds. You will have opportunities to work across geographies as well as the ability to collaborate with and learn from different teams within Deloitte.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You may have some or all of the following skills / experience:
- 10+ years of Program Management experience in a consulting/professional services environment
- 3-4 years of experience in leading / mentoring teams and supporting performance management practices
- Hands on project / program / portfolio delivery experience applying methods, governance and assurance
- Worked on large scale digital transformation programs
- Contributed to and led client account management, development to achieve growth outcomes
- Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, question the status quo and deliver effectively against challenging objectives
- Experience in growing the Transformation Confidence practice through effective business development is a must, including the production of proposal material in response to our client's requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Project Management certifications (eg Agile, MSP, PMP, Gateway, Prince 2, CPPM) are desired
