In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Director, Prostate Cancer Health Equity Initiativesto join our Melbourne or LA based team. About the role
As the owner of the cross-functional Prostate Cancer Health Equity Initiatives, your role is multifaceted, involving strategic planning, stakeholder management, collaboration, external representation, and impact assessment.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Richmond or Santa Monica office.
You’ll have the opportunity to
- Lead cross-functional Prostate Cancer Health Equity Initiatives.
- Oversee and guide initiative implementation plans.
- Select projects aligned with initiative goals.
- Partner with Cancer Evaluation and Monitoring lead for evaluation plans.
- Convene cross-functional teams to develop shared agendas.
- Represent Movember in cancer care stakeholder forums.
- Establish operating models for successful plan execution.
- Contribute to international knowledge dissemination forums.
- Collaborate with initiative leaders to integrate opportunities.
- Guide cross-functional team, foster collaboration, and optimize working processes.
For this role, you’ll need
- Degree qualification in Public Health, or other related discipline.
- Extensive experience in program design, development and implementation.
- Extensive experience in delivery of Health Equity programs in cancer.
- Proven track record in leading health initiatives.
- Experience in developing Implementation Plans.
- Proven ability to influence in matrix organisations.
- Can translate strategy into action; proven track record in implementation of a portfolio of impact initiatives.
- Proven ability to achieve impact through collaboration across the sector.
