Corporate Technology Services is seeking an innovative leader to oversee the SAP finance, business and logistics (S/4HANA), SAP HR Payroll and Infor WFM (Workbrain) rostering Solution Strategy, design and change management functions that underpin and articulate the current and future business requirements of Queensland Health.
About Corporate Enterprise Solutions:
This exciting job opportunity falls under the Corporate Enterprise Solutions branch within the Department of Health and provides solutions and services that support Queensland Health's enterprise corporate applications while also supporting the payroll transactional processes. This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and payroll solution in the public sector and the finance, business and logistics solution and management environment.
What we are looking for:
* Values based leader that can inspire a team to improve cohesiveness and collaboration to develop a high performing team.
* Extensive knowledge and experience in ICT industry best practice and relevant legislation, including knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Strategy and Design for payroll, workforce management solutions including SAP HR Payroll, Infor WFM and the SAP finance solution S/4HANA.
* Proven leadership, management and delivery capability in gathering high level business requirements and Designing solutions that align to the business Strategy and benefit realisation plans.
* Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and advice in relation to complex matters relevant to the role with the ability to operate within a complex environment.
* Knowledge of / experience with relevant architectural and project management frameworks and methodologies such as Queensland Government Enterprise Architecture, ITIL, PRINCE2, TOGAF.
* Ability to effectively engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders and vendors to achieve service delivery expectations.
* Proven ability to lead large teams from diverse backgrounds and thorough knowledge of corporate governance and business improvement strategies in the context of the public sector.
