Come and work where people are at the centre of everything we do and your contribution is truly valued.About Caboolture HospitalCaboolture Hospital Emergency Department moved in to a new expanded department December 2023 with a separate Paediatric area and state of the art equipment for clinical and non-clinical use. It is in a unique position of being an urban Emergency Department which sees all specialties, including trauma, orthopaedics and urology. Patients requiring urgent transfer to specialist services and subspecialties are transferred to other hospitals within the Hospital and Health Service. The clinical experience and supervision gained at Caboolture ED is second to one.Most procedures in the Emergency Department are performed by the treating ED doctor, under consultant supervision when required. ED affords the registrar group the opportunity to lead teams of staff, develop their own leadership skills, and learn to manage a department.About the RoleAimed at a post-OSCE Advanced Trainee who to consolidate consultant level skills in Emergency Medicine.
