Our Health Service is expanding
• Provide efficient secretarial/administration support to the Chief Digital Officer within the Division of Finance and Business Services - Digital Services.
• Fixed Term Temporary Full-time opportunity for up to 6 months
High level secretarial and administrative support including the ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and bring tasks to completion and coordinate the systemic flow of administrative support activities in the work unit.
This role also requires performing duties responsibly with minimal supervision showing initiative, establish priorities, meet deadlines and work within a multidisciplinary team.
Analyse work situations, solve problems, formulate logical conclusions, and make recommendations while assisting the management and others within the team to develop and improve administration systems and processes.
Creation and maintenance of a diary matrix to support forward planning and effective utilisation of Chief Digital Officer diary.
