This is a Permanent Part-time position; we offer flexibility in working hours (45 hours per fortnight) to accommodate your schedule preferences.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Build trusting relationships with clients and potential employers.
- Identify barriers and devise appropriate management plans for employment pathways.
- Assist clients in their job search efforts.
- Source employment opportunities through effective networking and marketing.
- Place clients into suitable, sustainable employment by understanding their goals and addressing barriers with the support of our allied health team.
- Ensure long-term employment for DES clients with allied health team support.
- Create employment opportunities through business development activities like cold-calling and networking.
Must-Haves:
- Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, client placement, and meeting KPIs.
- Possessing a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to an ongoing changing environment (this is a must!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with others.
- NDIS worker screening check or willingness to obtain.
- Current “C class” driver’s license.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in case management for disadvantaged groups.
- Knowledge of Disability Employment Services (DES) contract, DEED and guidelines (desirable but not essential).
