Representing Australian Nurse Care, we have unique roles (part time & casual) available providing essential nursing and Home Care services to people living with disabilities and aging in place.

You are a compassionate and empathetic person who is confident working autonomously with a commitment to ongoing clinical and Home Care service excellence, we want to hear from you.

You are focused at ensuring our clients comfort and independence in the familiar surroundings of their own homes through tasks such as domestic cleaning, personal care, cooking, transport social outings, shopping, home maintenance and gardening, we want to hear from you.

You are focused on tasks that alleviate physical discomfort and promote social connectedness, independence, emotional wellbeing, and general health; we want to hear from you.

You have the right to live and work in Australia.

Home Care Advocate:

· A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or similar

· The ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties.

· An empathy and commitment to the care of older people

· Good interpersonal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to work independently.

· Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain.

· Current Drivers Licence, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance

· Working with children and police check

Disability Services Advocate

· Cert II in Disability or above or equivalent experience

· A current Working with children and police check

· First aid/CPR certificates (current)

· Current Drivers Licence, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance

· Be punctual.

· Be reliable and flexible.

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Empathetic and proactive with a genuine interest to work in this field.

· The ability to self-supervise and to remain calm and composed at times of crisis.
