An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced leader in disability to join our Client Experience team in Coffs Harbour, with experience leading portfolios within the NDIS. Manage a portfolio in Port Macquaire and visit your supportive team in our Coffs Harbour office fortnightly.The Disability Services Manager, also known as the Client Experience Manager, plays a crucial role in the Client Experience Team. As a key member of the team, the role focuses on leading and developing a team of high-performing Support Workers whilst providing an excellent end-to-end client experience at Nextt.

- Have the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Possess experience in the disability sector, in particular Supported Independent Living and the NDIS.
- You are skilled at navigating various systems and proficient in adhering to established protocols.
