Wattle Blue is looking for someone to join our Canberra Branch management team. Our team can be best described as high energy, positive, and adaptable. We're looking for someone who will match our work ethic, as we don't typically work the standard 9-5. We have a very close-knit, social, and active team who have fun in our meetings and support each other when needed. It's important to us that the person who joins our team shares these values.

This role is predominantly worked from home, however we require you to be able to support clients in the community when needed. 40 hour work weeks (includes 5 hours paid breaks).
The goal of a Client Administrator is to ensure our clients are well supported and satisfied with their care.
The Client Administrator involves:
- Onboarding clients - talking to perspective clients, supporting through paperwork and administration, matching clients with the best fitting support workers.
- Organising clients support schedules.
- Checking in with clients and supporting with any concerns or requests.
- Supporting clients with goal implementation and progress.
- Supporting staff to ensure best support is being provided.
- Managing staff vacancies, supporting to cover shifts when needed.
