Role Overview:
Joining the Client Delivery Team, you'll work in a small team to provide exceptional service to clients. You will provide administrative support to directors and the wider accounting and bookkeeping teams, as well being the face of the business in dealing day to day with clients. Daily responsibilities encompass tax return lodgments, client communication, interactions with external agencies, and participation in essential compliance projects.

- Experience in a similar role within an accounting practice or administration experience in a professional office.
- Proficiency in Xero software, MS Office skills,
- Experience with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and ATO portal will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in diary management, coordination, and project understanding.
