Connect Support Group is a provider of premium disability services. We work with our clients to provide friendly, quality and personalized services to meet the unique needs of each of our clients.
We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to provide support to our clients throughout Melbourne, particularly the eastern and south-eastern suburbs. You will be someone who can work independently in the community, including in our clients home. Duties typically include providing assistance with personal care, completing light domestic tasks, assisting with meal preparation, transporting clients to and from appointments and taking clients on social outings.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- have a current Police Check, or getting one
- have a current Working with Children Check, or getting one
- a valid Victorian driving licence
- have a reliable and hygienic car for transporting clients
- have the ability to build and maintain relationships
- have experience providing personal care assistance to people with disability (preferred, not essential. Willingness to learn is favourable)
