Disability Support Worker

06th March, 2024 Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd (Alpha Omega Aged Care and Disability Services) is an approved NDIS and Home Care Service Provider. We are currently hiring Support Workers in in-home disability service in a casual basis.   Location: West Ryde and surrounding areas.

Job responsibilities: Assisting with daily care for clients at their home including showering, changing clothes, brushing their teeth, etc. Performing housekeeping including domestic cleaning, laundry, food preparation. Transporting and accompanying clients when required.

Social support to improve clients’ wellbeing and independence. Perform administrative duties such as always clocking in/out after each shift, making incident reports, and entering shift notes on the rostering app. Attend company training and meetings as required.

  Strictly adhere to compliance requirements in accordance with the NDIS standard practices. About you Confident and calm manner. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to adapt communication skills to each client you work with.
