Job Title: Experienced Female Support Workers for participants with Dementia & Neurological deficiency and Mobility impairment
Location: Narabeen, Forestville, Lane Cove & East Hills Region

We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate care tailored to each participant's specific requirements. Currently, we are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team in providing exceptional support to a participant living with dementia in the Narabeen region. We are also seeking Support Workers for participants with Psychosocial & Mobility Conditions in the Forestville region as well as East hills.
Position Overview: As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalised care and assistance to our participants ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role requires compassion, patience, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the participant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and companionship to the participant.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation.
- Engage the participant in stimulating and meaningful activities to promote cognitive function and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the participant.
- Assistance with Community Access.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker
- Valid police check and NDIS Screening clearance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with participants.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services.
- Additional training or qualifications in dementia care or related fields.
