About the Role
Disability Support Workers at Multicap provide direct care assistance and high quality support to Multicap clients that addresses individual needs and enhanced independence, abilities, community participation and/or quality of life. These supports may be delivered in a Multicap Tasmania owned or leased building, in a client’s home location, or in the community.
About You
If you are a positive and purpose driven person who is motivated to achieve great client outcomes, this role is for you!
To be successful, you will have prior experience in a similar role and will have a demonstrated commitment to providing the highest level of care and support to clients. A current Tasmanian driver's license, working with vulnerable people and National police check is essential.
Please note, whilst we encourage flexible working in our organisation to support our wonderful clients, we do operate a 24/7 roster, opportunities to work weekends and overnight shifts also exist.
