Job Description:
- Flexibility to work various work hours: mornings, afternoons and weekends.
- Competitive Hourly wage
- Work 1:1 with clients and their families
- Experience with high needs clients and self-care routines is essential
- Travel Reimbursement/ Vehicle access/ iPad access
- Training and regular professional development.
About the Role:
- Support clients by being a mentor focusing on positive behaviour
- Connect with and support them by being in the community!!
- Promote capacity building
- Improving independence with day to day task and also long term goals
- Supporting with Bounce Abilities events and school holiday programs
- Support to and from appointments
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience
- NSW drivers License or interstate and personal vehicle.
- Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- CPR & First Aid
- Manual Handling
