Disability Support Worker

We are seeking Reliable and Passionate 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀/ Mental Health Support workers to work in Logan- Marsden/ Ipswich and Oxley.

As a Disability Support Worker and respected ambassador of McArthur you will be required to assist people with:
* Personal care - showering, dressing, grooming
* Household tasks - household cleaning and laundry
* Skill development - shopping, cooking, catching public transport
* Transport - transport to appointments and/or shopping
* Social & Community participation - engage in the community, meet people,

Applicants will require:

* Relevant Industry experience working with clients with Complex Behaviour.
* Certificate III or higher in Aged care/ individual support/ Disability or Nursing or Mental Health.
* Current blue card and NDIS workers screening check
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
* Current Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
* Valid Driver's License
* Covid and flu vaccination
credentials in Bowel care/ Peg feeding and Dementia / Mental Health and Medication administration would be beneficial.
