We have a range of roles available from part time to full time and from permanent to contract.
Our shift include day shifts, evening shifts and even active and inactive overnight shifts.

Position: Disability Support Worker
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including residential homes, specialist disability accommodation and hospital.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, autonomy, and social inclusion.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support clients in accessing community resources, recreational activities, and educational opportunities.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, behaviors, and medical needs, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in Disability Support services preferred but not required.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
