We have a range of roles available from part time to full time and from permanent to contract.

Our shift include day shifts, evening shifts and even active and inactive overnight shifts.

Position: Disability Support Worker 

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including residential homes, specialist disability accommodation and hospital. 
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, autonomy, and social inclusion.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support clients in accessing community resources, recreational activities, and educational opportunities.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, behaviors, and medical needs, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in Disability Support services preferred but not required.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
