Shifts are varied and flexible. We generally offer 4-8 hourshifts between 6am-10pm plus overnight shifts.
You could earn between $32.21 and $33.22 per hour as a baserate. Shift penalties also apply!

About The Role
Sylvanvale provides services 7 days per week which includesmorning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
This role would suit someone who has the tenacity and confidencein working with people with complex support needs and, at times,behaviours of concern. You will be required to appropriatelysupport clients with opportunities to reach their individual goalsthrough meaningful activities in their home and in thecommunity.
Types of duties may include:
- Supporting customers with personal care, health issues and hygiene
- Performing household tasks including menu planning, cooking, and cleaning
- Supporting customers to access and be a part of their local community
Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licenceand a full COVID-19 vaccination and booster. An offer will besubject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical, proof ofwork rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
