Hoxton is a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to provide employment opportunities for people living with disability.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised person to lead a team of our supported employees on the road cleaning container deposit vending machines and centers.
About You
The successful candidate will be someone who is not only self-motivated but also able to motivate and lead their team.
The following criteria is a necessity;
- Reliability
- Empathy
- Good Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to Motivate a Team
- Drivers License
The following criteria will be highly regarded but we can provide you with the suitable training should you have the above criteria;
- Cert IV Community Services or equivalent
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Experience working in a process environment
The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a criminal record check.

We provide extensive on the job training to support our staff to be successful in their roles, and within our organisation.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm, with 1 RDO per month.
