we are looking for Support Workers with experience in assisting participants with dementia.
We are requiring staff with 24 x 7 days a week availability, including passive and active overnights.
Applicants must have a minimum of one year's experience as a Disability Support Worker/aged care sector or relevant experience.

Working with Children Check

South Australian Drivers Licence
Comprehensive Car Insurance
RAA Roadside Assist
Manual Handling Certificate

Best Life Disability Services PTD LTD requires its staff to be reliable, flexible and willing to learn from the senior leadership team. Employees are to be honest, calm and show respect to clients at all times throughout their employment.
Employees need to be able to work with complex clients, and be willing to interact with Senior Leadership team on a regular basis to assist clients to achieve their NDIS goals.
Employees must have a good understanding of the English language, both verbal and written.
Employees will start under the Home Care Stream of the Schads award on Level 3.1, and have the opportunity to progress in their career as training courses are provided and experience gained.
Superannuation is paid to all employees of Best Life Disability Services.
