Calling all passionate Disability Support Workers!
This role will require working in a diverse range of settings including but not limited to, a person’s home or place of residence, other services, community groups and other community settings. The Disability Support Worker will provide individual support to people with disability, using a flexible, responsive, and individualized approach to assist participants to meet their individual and articulated goals.

Skills & Experience:
- Committed to work flexible work hours across the week, including public holidays
- Demonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop.
- Smartphone with internet access
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (or willing to obtain)
- An unrestricted and current New South Wale driver’s licence
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is preferred)
- Full Vaccination Certificate
- Passion for providing care
- Honest and positive can-do attitude
- Intermediate computer skills
- Fluent english skills
Key Responsibilities
- Follow person-centered support plans and behavior support plans respectfully
- Provide high quality support that addresses participant needs as articulated in their Plan and enhances their independence, abilities, community participation and quality of life.
- Participate in community activities and encourage clients to perform daily living tasks
- Track and document an individual’s progress through thorough record-keeping.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with UDS clients and their families.
