Evolving Care Disability Support Services is a small, dedicated business owned and operated by individuals with lived experience in the Disability Support industry. We understand firsthand what it takes to provide exceptional care, and we're looking for compassionate individuals to join our team. We are located on the south side of Brisbane but service all across Brisbane, Ipswich and Gold Coast areas.
Position Details:
- Casual Staff: $45/hr
- Full-Time Staff: $40/hr + Benefits (available after probation)

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Mobility Support: Aid clients with mobility challenges, using mobility aids and assisting with exercises.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications according to prescribed routines and ensure accurate documentation.
- Community Engagement: Support clients in participating in social, recreational, and community activities.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering positive relationships.
- Household Tasks: Assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean-living environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Disability Support, nursing or a related field is required.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as report writing is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- National Police Check, Yellow Card and Working with Children Card (or willingness to obtain).
