Your Role at Nextt:
Join us in making a difference! As a Disability Support Worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering support for our clients.
Nextt is seeking a passionate and reliable male mental health Support Worker to support a client residing in a SIL house in Geelong. You must have a minimum of 12 months experience supporting a participant with a mental health diagnosis or psychosocial disability and challenging behaviours.
Shift Mon to Sun
Active support: 3pm to 10pm
Passive sleepover 10pm to 6am
Active support: 6am to 9am
Your skills and experience:
Experience with mental health support and challenging behaviours
Experience Autism and behaviours of concern
Engagement in community activities
Capacity building programs

Requirements:
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:

• NDIS workers screening check
• Working with children check
• NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
• Car with Comprehensive Insurance
• Drivers Licence
• First Aid - CPR
