You will be required to support people with disabilities through:
- community access
- personal care
- assistance with daily living
- domestic support
You will also be required to:
- maintain accurate documentation
- implement partcipant plans
- assist with planning and oversight of particpants daily routines
Selection Criteria
Please provide a cover letter demonstrating how you meet the criteria listed
- Hold a qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care or willingness to obtain
- Availablity to be rostered across a 24 hour 7 day roster inclusive of public holidays - Must have a minimum of 4 days awailability per week.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Own comprehensively insured Motor vehicle which can be used for work purposes
- Unrestricted Drivers License
- Have a current (or willing to apply) Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
