We aim to ignite a spark in the lives of people with disabilities and provide support to improve their quality of life. We are a registered NDIS provider. We assist people with disabilities, children in out-of-home care, families, and communities who could use extra support occasionally, no matter how complex their needs. Our passion is to create a relationship-based support service for people of all age groups who live with daily challenges, focusing on meeting their tailored support needs and forming a trusted relationship.
Qualifications & experience
- Covid 19 Vaccination certificate
- First Aid
- Current Working with Children's Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check (National Police Certificate)
- Driver's license
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
Tasks and Responsibilities
- You will be providing quality support to our participants in various settings
- Promoting participant's choice and control in their daily activities
- Providing personal care with dignity such as grooming, dressing, showering etc.
- Following behaviour support plans to help participants live more independently
- Drive participants to our community events, doctor appointments, shopping, etc.
